Our modern precision grinding and machine shop was initially put in place to support Centerline’s spindle repairs and has grown into one of your most reliable and quality options for the manufacture and rebuild of of precision cylindrical components.

Spindle Repair Support

Centerline’s manufacturing capabilities provide parts for spindle repairs when the OEM is out of stock, too expensive, part is no longer available, and/or lead time and/or cost is prohibitive.

In our clean and temperature controlled environment 5µm (0.0002″) tolerances on an ID/OD diameter and 2µm (0.00008″) tolerances on flatness, roundness, concentricity, parallelism and total overall runouts after grinding are common.
