Alfred Jaeger High Performance Spindles - Accessories

System Cabinets - The system cabinet is specially developed for the use of Alfred Jaeger high frequency spindles. It consists of a solid-state frequency converter, cooling unit, and pressure reducer within a 19" cabinet.

The system cabinets are also available with a minimum-quantity cooling and lubricating unit as options. The system cabinet meets protection system IP30.

Tool holders - To set down the tools during an automatic operation you can use the tool change pick up station.

Shrinking Devices - The inductive shrinking implement enables in and out shrinking of hard metal cutters as well as HSS cutters in a very short time. Different from conventional implements, the tool fixture gets heated through induction, presenting considerable advantages to the end-user:

  • short shrinking times
  • compact design
  • simple operation and starting
