SycoTec (formerly KaVo.Drive Systems) Spindles

SycoTec High Frequency spindles attain speeds of 60,000 RPM and beyond with a power range of 150W to 1.2KW. At diameters of 33, 42, 45, 60 and 62 millimeters, the ideal spindle is available for most applications. Interchangeable collets, both manual and automatic tool change, are available in a comprehensive range of sizes.

Cooling of SycoTec spindles is achieved by the use of a built-in fan or externally by compressed air or liquid. SycoTec spindles can be mounted horizontally or vertically, can be sealed to work in wet or dirty environments in drilling, routing, and engraving applications.

All spindles are manufactured with lifetime lubricated ceramic bearings, stainless steel housings, and built in motor protection.
