Centerline is proud to represent the motor elements of KaVo Drive Systems from Leutkirch, Germany. KaVo.Drive Systems' high frequency motors, reaching speeds up to 300,000 RPM, combine favorable power-to-weight ratios with economical performance and longevity to achieve a drive-system concept offering the highest levels of efficiency. By choosing the most appropriate rotor technology, extremely silent operation is achieved.

KaVo motor elements are maintenance and wear-free. They are individually supplied to your specification in respect of rotational speed, frequency, and performance using the very latest in materials and manufacturing technologies.

• Speeds up to 300,000 RPM

• High torque motors up to 1500 Nm
• 60KW at 60,000 RPM and more
• External rotor motor on request

Brushless DC Units

• Slotted/unslotted versions
• With or without sensors
• Highest efficiency (>90%)
• Highest power output
• Minimum rotor losses
• Minimum rotor heat

Copper Bar Rotors

• Increase shaft diameter
• Decrease shaft temperature
• Higher power/torque

Special Materials

• Special materials increase power/torque by a factor of 2
