Spindle Repair and Break In

Centerline's goal is to provide all of our customers the satisfaction of knowing that when they receive a repaired spindle, it will be ready to go to work for them immediately. Our quality control division carefully monitors bearing frequency and temperature while following a strict break-in process for each spindle. Spindles are run-in slowly, up to their maximum speed rating over time. During this time constant observation of internal temperature and vibration ensure that the spindle is performing within acceptable parameters.
