High speed, and especially, high frequency spindles, require state-of-the-art equipment for dynamic balancing to best-of-industry standards. Centerline's skilled, highly trained technicians and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities continually assure the highest standards of quality that our customers have come to expect.

Drilling, turning, milling, ID and OD grinding; testing all mechanical, and if necessary, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic functions of a spindle are as essential to an efficient running spindle as the dynamic balancing of rotating parts. Centerline's capabilities cover the full range of spindle repair, spindle sales, and engineering requirements.

Centerline's Quality Control department checks, assures and documents the quality of each component of the spindle repair all the way to the final inspection, performed before each spindle is delivered. This includes extensive testing for temperature stability, run out, vibration and stiffness, as well as overall performance. A final inspection document is supplied with each repaired or new spindle from Centerline, Inc.
