Warranty for Spindle Repair, Rework and Replacement

Centerline warrants all replacement and reworked parts of each rebuilt spindle to be of sound design, good material and workmanship.

Any parts proven to be defective under normal use will be replaced or repaired at no charge according to the below listed warranty schedule.

WARRANTY SCHEDULE

The Centerline warranty does not apply to equipment which has been subject to accident, abuse, incorrect service, alterations by non-authorized personnel, or misuse. Centerline also assumes no responsibility for damage incurred during spindle installations.
The Centerline warranty does not apply to equipment which has been subject to ingestion of contaminants or lack of lubrication where oil-air or oil-mist lubrication is used.
This warranty is effective only with respect to the original customer of Centerline or an authorized Centerline representative or distributor.
Any cost associated with the replacement on a stator winding (where applicable to spindle type) is specifically excluded from this warranty.
Our warranty is limited to the terms indicated herein, and no other expressed warranties or remedies thereunder shall be binding on Centerline.
Centerline has no liability relation to downtime incurred.

To the extent consistent with the state and federal law:

Any limited warranties shall be limited to the same time periods stated herein for expressed warranties.
Centerline shall not be liable for consequence warranties relating to this equipment.
