Spindle Technician Opening

Opening for spindle technician.

Description of Duties:

• Fabricate, assemble, and process electronic andmechanical parts as required to meet specs.
• Inspect components and subassemblies.
• Perform component failure analysis as required.
• Perform in-process testing as needed.
• Assembly and disassembly of machine tools (spindles,drives, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires good mechanical aptitude and assembly skills.
• Ability to inspect components to specificationrequirements.
• Perform in-process tests to support build process.
• Capable of performing electrical operations.
• Capable of performing soldering operations.
• Troubleshoot and read schematics.
• Must have a good understanding of the fundamentals ofindustrial mechanics.
